The proposal calls for a building which maximizes the rentable space while providing adequate parking which can be used for overflow parking at night through a mechanized stacked parking system. The mechanized system maximizes usable area and minimizes the need for deep excavations. The building also utilizes a living screen to reduce heat loads and solar panels to produce most of the energy requirements for the tenants and parking facility.
