Collier Ulrich asked Soler Architecture to help him re-create the feel of an east coast sandwich shop with a Spanish flair on Melrose Avenue. The 80’s era storefront was converted into a traditional façade more typical of old New York than modern Los Angeles. The atmosphere carries through to the interior with large crown mouldings and coved ceilings. Mediterranean patterns and artwork help bring a warmth to the space reflective of the flavors featured in the boutique sandwiches.
